This page explains what I collect when you visit this website or write to me, and how I keep it private.

What I collect

If you use the contact form, I receive the name you'd like me to use, your email address, your phone number, how it is okay to reach you, and your message. Please don't put medical details in the message. I collect only what you send.

How I use it

I use your message to reply to you and to arrange a first session. I don't sell your information.

Records and confidentiality

I keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. What you tell me is confidential, with limits the law sets, such as a serious risk of harm to you or someone else, or a report the law requires. I explain these limits at your first session.

Reaching you without anyone noticing

If you share a phone, a device or an account with someone, a message from me may be seen by them. Tell me how it is okay to reach you, and I will use only that. The Quick exit button at the top of every page takes you to another website at once. Closing a page doesn't clear your browser history, and a private window can help.

Your choices

You can ask what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete messages that are not part of a clinical record, by writing to the email address on the contact page.
