I'm a counselor who works with adults who grew up in homes that weren't safe. I started Cairn to be a small, quiet place where you can set the pace.
I see one person at a time, in Bozeman or by video across Montana. I go slowly, and I would rather you leave a session steady than having said everything. I trained in EMDR through an approved program and I work with the body as well as with words.
